About our Ice Cream Trucks

The original Sweet Caroline’s First Ice Cream Truck is a 1999 Grumman Olson step van. In 2022, she was purchased, refurbished, and fully transformed into a smile-generating machine.

Our second Sweet Caroline’s Ice Cream Truck is a 1997 Grumman Olson step van. We’ve had so much fun these past two summers and we appreciate all of the support from our customers.
