About our Ice Cream Trucks

Sweet Caroline’s First Ice Cream Truck lived a prior life as a service truck for a remodeling company. In 2022, she was purchased, refurbished, and fully transformed into a smile-generating machine!

Sweet Caroline’s Ice Cream Truck has expanded with a second truck, brought to Michigan and updated in 2024. We’ve had so much fun and we appreciate all the support from our customers!
